ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

The present general terms and conditions of sale and use govern the framework in which Rvhhost provides the service to which the client has subscribed. These general terms and conditions of sale and use are governed by French law. These general terms and conditions of sale and use may be supplemented by specific conditions. The general terms of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User implies acceptance of these general terms of use. ARTICLE 7: REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

A person holds an account with Rvhhost when he has correctly filled out the Account registration form and has read and approved these general terms of sale and use. The client undertakes to provide accurate identity and contact details. Following the creation of the Client's Account, he receives an email acknowledging receipt of the opening of his account containing the information necessary to log in to his account.

ARTICLE 8: AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

Rvhhost endeavors to maintain all its services 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but is not obliged to do so. Rvhhost may therefore interrupt access, especially for maintenance and upgrades, or for any other reasons, especially technical reasons. Rvhhost is in no way responsible for these interruptions and the consequences that may result for the client or any third party. Rvhhost undertakes to provide all necessary care and diligence to provide a quality service in accordance with professional practices and the state of the art.

ARTICLE 9: BACKUP

Regarding backups, we guarantee backups every week/month, if you have a problem you are responsible for lost data.

ARTICLE 12: TERMINATION

ARTICLE 13: DURATION

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the User from the use of the service. Each automatic debit contract will be debited between 5-10 days before the expiration date.

ARTICLE 14: SERVICE DELIVERY

When taking certain services, Rvhhost provides free Patreon keys 64 (Duplicated). Patreon keys are community keys and do not allow to be listed on the FiveM lists. Rvhhost reserves the right to modify, change or stop providing a fiveM key (Patreon) in case of problems with the said property, either permanently or temporarily. We are not affiliated with services like TrustPilot, Rockstar, Patreon, or CFX (FiveM).

Refund Policy

Article 1: Refund Conditions

A customer may request a refund under several conditions: It is a new order of a product/service (no refunds possible for renewals) Orders of Credits via PaySafeCard cannot be refunded The refund request is made no later than 24 hours after the service delivery The service does not involve a VPS In the event of a refund, you agree that it will be issued as a credit. Rvhhost does not refund by the original payment method.

Article 2: Refund Processing Time

Processing a refund request may take some time. We make every effort to respond as quickly as possible and commit to processing requests within 7 days.

Article 3: Subscriptions

All our recurring subscriptions will be automatically billed and renewed until we receive notice that you wish to cancel the subscription. For PayPal subscriptions, please cancel them at the end of your service. Rvhhost will not be responsible if deductions occur. Cancellation requests are final and do not constitute a refund request.

Article 4: Data Deletion

The cancellation and refund of a service will result in the deletion of the service data and its backups. Rvhhost cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from this request. The customer is responsible for backing up their data before making the refund request.
